A MEN'S LUXURY SKINCARE COMPANY.
Role: UX Designer & Researcher
Tools: Sketch, Usability Hub, Google Surveys, Optimal Workshop, PickFu, & Zoom

Anatta worked with Caldera + Lab over a span of two years on various design projects and research tasks. We began with a two and a half day workshop where we worked on persona development and empathy maps. All of that data fed into landing pages, continued research, and optimizations of the site.

Project 2:
Another one of our larger projects was creating and optimizing a quiz for Caldera + Lab. With a lot of men being new to skincare, especially serums, we wanted a way to let the users know how much product to use and therefore how often to subscribe for.

Iterations were made over time as products got added and we received more user data.

Project 3:
We were also tasked with gaining more user information by conducting initial email surveys and 3 user interviews. This helped us to find pain points in the site as well as more information on our type of user. [Interview responses have been deleted for privacy].

Project 4:
The last project was running different usability tests to determine a new navigation structure. We conducted card sorting with Usability Hub, Tree testing with Optimal Workshop, and a PickFu test that compared the design of different navigations. The end resulted can be seen on the current site at calderalab.com.
